First Policy Response and the Ryerson Leadership Lab are working with the public policy community to help students and recent grads gain valuable work experience.

We are launching a Hiring Challenge to employers in the private, not-for-profit, community and labour sectors to create more opportunities for young people to be included in their important policy and advocacy work. These experiences could be in policy research, government relations, public affairs, policy engagement and political communications.

We’ll be sharing updated job postings for this summer as they become available and compiling other resources for public policy opportunities for young people.
